Update Credit Card Information
Only users with Administrator permission can access the subscriptions page. So, make sure you have the required permission before following the steps below.
- Click the My Company tab
- Click Subscriptions
- Click the Update Card button
- Edit/ Fill in the required fields
- Click the Accept button
On the Subscriptions page, your company’s subscription plan will be displayed. You can upgrade your plan at any time. By clicking the “Visit Pricing Page to Change” link or the “here” link, you will be directed to the ContractComplete website where you can find the new subscription plans. Choose one of them, fill in the required fields and send your request. The ContractComplete sales team will contact you to set up the best plan.
You can also add or update the company’s card in the Payment Method section. The following cards are currently accepted:
- American Express
