How to Submit a Bid

1. Open “My Bids & Tenders” and select the contract you want to submit the bid in:

2. Enter unit prices for all line items in the “Schedule of Prices” and “Provisional Items” tabs:

  • View qualification notes.
  • You can ask a question about a particular line item:

4. Review and acknowledge all addendums and complete forms in the “Documents” tab:

5. Complete the required qualification questions:

6. Review and submit your bid.

  • Review the checklist:

  • Select “Submit Bid” once everything is completed in the checklist:

  • Read and select the acknowledge and accept checkbox
  • You may optionally include a message
  • Click “Submit.”

You have completed the bid submission. Note: Bids can be modified right up to the deadline.
