1. Open the invitation email from ContractComplete and click “Accept Invitation”:
2. Enter your first and last name, and create a password for your new account:
- Read and accept the ContractComplete terms of service. Then click “Next”:
- You’ll be prompted to enter your position and upload a company logo and letterhead image (optional):
- Click “Next.”
- Select your industry and click “Edit” to enter your company details:
Click “Accept.”
3. Open the contract and view/download the documents:
- You can view the documents within the respective tabs:
A. View and Download your schedule of prices and provisional items as a PDF, CSV, or spreadsheet:
B. View and download all drawings, specifications, and appendices in the “Documents” tab:
C. View the Qualification Questions. Note which ones are required on the right side:
4. Once you have decided whether your company will participate or not, you may acknowledge and accept or reject the bid.
- Go to your “Overview” tab to accept or reject the bid.
