ContractComplete offers an innovative web-based and mobile solution for land developers and their consultants to manage their contract administration. In a world of disconnected processes, we utilize user-friendly technology to eliminate double entries, keep all stakeholders organized and save contract administrators time and money by automating tasks that typically take hours.
We have a mature product with 2 years of field use and feedback but are currently not able to keep up with the sales activities. We are looking for a self-motivated and ambitious individual to take a leadership role in sales and customer success. The successful candidate is persistent, perseveres in the face of challenges, and is of impeccable character. We are looking for not just an employee, but a partner to help set the future direction of ContractComplete’s sales, marketing, and client onboarding functions, working directly with the company’s two co-founders.
Job Type: Full Time 40 hrs per week.
Location: Markham, Ontario or Kitchener/Waterloo, Ontario
Job Description: The successful candidate will be working primarily in sales for ContractComplete. This position covers all stages of the sales pipeline including but not limited to networking, follow-up calls, taking inbound calls, and cold calling when required. The role also involves conducting in-person meetings and demos with prospects in the greater Toronto area and by web conference for those out of the area. It also will require helping to support new clients and collecting product feedback to help make ContractComplete better and help fulfill our continuous improvement promise. Performing some digital marketing and customer support functions may also be required early on.
• 2+ years of experience in business-to-business sales
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Ability to learn and use new software technologies
• A dependable vehicle
• Experience in networking and interacting with people (people skills)
• Experience in or knowledge of contract administration in the land development industry
• Formal training in business and/or sales
• Experience in digital marketing or blogging
Compensation is a Combination of:
• Base salary
• Generous commission on sales
• Equity in ContractComplete
