Negative quantities allow you to correct previous measurements or adjust for overreported work without messy workarounds.
d) Clear status labels for every Progress Report
Each report now shows a clear status Draft, Submitted, Under Review, or Approved.

Why Your Progress Reports Look Different
To make these big improvements possible, we had to rebuild how Progress Reports and invoices work together.
Before:
Progress Reports were separate from invoices and payment certificates.
When you created an invoice, it simply included all the outstanding reported progress up to that point.
The two weren’t directly connected.
Now:
Progress Reports are linked to their specific invoices or payment certificates.
This change allows you to:
Choose exactly which reports to include in each invoice
Edit older invoices safely without breaking past data
Keep everything organized and traceable
Why You’re Seeing Changes to Old Progress Reports
To make this transition smooth and avoid technical issues, we ran a one-time update behind the scenes. This update replaced old Progress Reports with new ones that match your invoices and payment certificates.
You’ll notice that your existing Progress Reports now look different — that’s expected. They’ve been updated to fit the new system and ensure that everything remains accurate going forward.
